Our Styled Celebration starts from R8,500 and Signature Weekends from R28,000 — these are our planning & styling fees. Your celebration spend (accommodation, dining, experiences) is paid to suppliers directly and is separate. Cape Town summer, roughly November to March, gives long, warm days ideal for poolside, beach and outdoor celebrations. The Winelands is beautiful year-round, so we plan to the season and your dates.

Cape Town, the Atlantic Seaboard (Camps Bay, Clifton, Sea Point), Constantia and the Southern Suburbs, and the Cape Winelands (Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, Paarl).

Every celebration is different. A simple DIY décor box starts at a few thousand rand, while a fully styled and planned celebration typically starts around R8,500 and rises from there for full weekends and destination trips. Tell us your budget and we’ll show you where it goes furthest.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before your event. We’ll provide a detailed quote outlining all costs before you confirm.

Cancellation terms vary depending on the services booked and any third-party suppliers involved. These will be outlined in your quotation and booking agreement.

We’ve planned intimate weekends for small groups as well as celebrations with 60+ guests. Let us know your group size and we’ll create something that fits.

Minor adjustments can often be accommodated, but some suppliers require final numbers by a certain date. We’ll let you know the deadlines relevant to your booking.

Yes. We can recommend trusted transport providers and help coordinate transfers so your group can relax and enjoy the celebration safely.

Yes. We work with suppliers who can accommodate many dietary preferences and allergies. Just let us know your group’s requirements in advance.

No. We don’t book accommodation directly, but we’re happy to recommend areas and properties that work well for bachelorette groups. You book the property directly, so your stay sits with them and there’s no markup from us.

Yes. Many of our clients are travelling from overseas to celebrate in Cape Town. We’re experienced in planning from afar and can coordinate everything on your behalf before you arrive.
