About

Hi, I’m Bianca.

I started Cape Town Bach so the person planning the celebration could finally be part of it.

My story

I’m Canadian, and Cape Town became home when I moved here to build a life with my partner.

I fell for the place the way visitors do (the mountain, the ocean, the light), but I get to love it like a local now.

Before this, I spent my career making big, complicated events run without a hitch: operations and logistics for the likes of NBC’s Olympics coverage, adidas, and Southern Glazer’s. Under the different titles, the job was always the same: take something with a thousand moving parts and make it feel effortless for everyone else in the room.

Cape Town Bach is that same skill, pointed at the people you love.

Why it exists

Someone always ends up carrying it.

In every group, one person ends up holding the whole thing: the spreadsheet, the deposits, the group chat that never sleeps. Usually it’s the maid of honour, and usually it means she spends the celebration working instead of celebrating.

That never felt like a fair trade to me. So I built a service that takes all of it: the planning, the suppliers, the styling, the day itself, so the people closest to the bride get to simply be there. You get the credit. I do the chaos.

What I bring

The difference is in the details.

Events-grade logistics

A background running large-scale events means nothing gets dropped: timing, suppliers, contingencies, all handled before you’d ever think to ask.

A local’s address book, a visitor’s eye

I know Cape Town’s best people and places, and I still see the city with the same wonder your group will when they arrive.

Genuine client care

Years in client relations taught me which details matter. You’ll always know where things stand, and you’ll never feel like a number.

Off the clock

“When I’m not planning, you’ll find me outside chasing the sun, moving, and with my favourite people, which is, not coincidentally, exactly the kind of day I want to give your group.”

Let’s plan something she’ll never forget!
